Our Personal Itinerary Tours
We believe that days spent exploring Scotland are special and so aim to create that magic for you by making your tour unique and memorable. Places to visit and sights to see are endless but by tailoring your tour itinerary around your particular interests, with perhaps the odd surprise, you will experience a side of Scotland you never knew existed.

The high quality, personal service we offer, starts when you first contact us and is maintained to the end of your time with us in Scotland. The meticulous planning and pre tour preparation preceding each tour is as dedicated as the days we accompany you on your actual tour.
Our Tour Planning Process
By first contact you may have already have some ideas of where and what you would like to see and do, or the canvas may be blank. Either is fine as we will discuss with you, by email, some outline ideas, routes, timings, visit and attraction options to understand the type of tour you are looking to experience.
From that initial brief a more detailed draft itinerary will be created for your comment. All the days of your tour will be covered, suggestions offered for accommodation and other activities, lunch stops etc, which could be incorporated in your tour experience. This draft will be developed in discussion with you.
When the draft reflects your tour requirements a final tour itinerary with dates and prices will be produced and sent to you. If this is agreeable, you will be asked to confirm the booking. A deposit is not required but we would request payment of the full tour price approximately 3 weeks before the tour start date. (This is completed via a secure Worldpay Card transaction.)
Experience suggests the choice of hotel accommodation tends to be influenced by personal taste and so is best arranged directly by guests. A guide selection of recommended establishments suitable for each tour will be provided and assistance with booking will be available if required.
Following booking, regular contact is maintained via email keeping you updated and finalising meeting and collection details for the start of your tour experience.
The price of all tours includes morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch, visit entry fees, tour information pack. (Please see About our Tours for more details).
Daily tour itineraries are flexible with timings matched to a relaxed pace, providing the opportunity to linger at a place that really appeals. It’s often that little extra time that is most memorable and makes the day special. Our tour days are not time limited.
